There was a lot of interest in the concert televised on December 24 among British and foreign viewers. Numerous singers and performers, including Tom Felton, Ellie Goulding, and Leona Lewis, were included in the hour-long special show. Princess Kate’s piano playing stood out in particular. Walker praised Kate for being “a talented musician” and said that although she was nervous the first time they practiced together, she still invested a lot of time and effort. In the end, they had a perfect performance.
Despite the fact that Kate has played the piano since she was a small child, playing this specific style of music at home seems different from preparing for the Christmas Eve performance. Walker was happy with how rapidly Kate progressed after giving her a copy to work with before the performance.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, they practiced from opposite ends of the room to ensure safety, but this distance had no impact on their performance.
Kate said, “We have had numerous difficulties. We have experienced loved one loss. We have seen first responders operating under extreme strain. Additionally, we are more prone to thinking about loneliness and social isolation. However, as a result of that separation, we came to understand how much we depend on one another and how comforting and relieving acts of compassion and love can be during trying times.
I have found solace in music during the pandemic. It has, in my opinion, also been significant to a lot of individuals. Above all, however, we are honoring kindness, love, empathy, and compassion. These are the things that support individuals during these trying times,” she continued.
