Prince William and Princess Catherine revealed their approach to protecting
their children from the perils of social media.
According to Life & Style magazine, the Prince and Princess of Wales have
implemented strict guidelines to shield Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and
Prince Louis from online harm. While acknowledging the challenges of
navigating the digital world as their children grow older, William and
Catherine have prioritised creating a safe and healthy environment for their
young ones.
“The kids aren’t allowed to have their own accounts,” a source shared,
explaining that they only access “family accounts” approved by their parents.
These accounts are strictly monitored, offering age-appropriate content
without the ability to post.
The children’s social media usage is limited to 30 minutes per day, contingent
on completing homework and chores. The royal couple also encourages outdoor
play and reading to foster balance and healthy habits.
“William and Kate know they can’t protect them forever,” the insider revealed,
“but they’re very keen to teach them healthy habits and keep them safe for as
long as they can.”
