Meghan Markle is building anticipation for the 2025 Invictus Games with an
emotional and inspiring new video.
On Sunday, February 9, the Duchess of Sussex took to Instagram to share a
stirring promotional clip for the upcoming Games, set to take place in
Vancouver and Whistler from February 8 to February 16.
The video, featuring Prince Harry’s moving speech playing over a powerful
score, promises a week filled with heart, resilience, and inspiring stories.
“Let the games begin!” Meghan captioned the post. “Get ready for a week of
heart, hope, and heroes in action. Join us in cheering loudly and proudly to
show just how much these competitors and their families mean to us.”
Founded by Prince Harry in 2014, the Invictus Games provide wounded, injured,
and sick service personnel and veterans with an opportunity to compete in
adaptive sports while sharing their journeys of perseverance.
This year’s event is particularly special, as it marks the first time winter
sports will be included, further expanding the Games’ impact and reach.
