Children’s note to Santa delights fans in new Netflix trailer
A new trailer for Meghan Markle’s Netflix holiday special, With Love, Meghan,
has given viewers a small but charming surprise from Archie and Lilibet. The
clip, released on 19 November, focuses on Meghan offering festive decorating
tips and hosting friends, with Harry making a brief appearance as he shares a
quick kiss with his wife.
Although the children do not feature in the footage, their presence comes
through a touching message addressed to Santa. The note, printed on a mug and
only partly visible, included the lines, “We have been good… Santa to travel
safely… XO Archie and Lili.”
Speaking earlier to Marie Claire, Meghan described how the family celebrate
the holidays. She said they always try to plan something fun and that she
enjoys seeing the season through the children’s eyes now that they are old
enough to understand more of what is happening.
The message sparked warm reactions from fans, many of whom are still hoping
for a reunion between the youngsters and their grandfather, King Charles. The
monarch turned 77 on 14 November, prompting speculation that Archie and
Lilibet may have sent birthday wishes his way.
