In a deeply personal video alongside her husband, Prince William, and their
children, Catherine recounted the challenges her family has faced since her
diagnosis in March. Now completing chemotherapy, she expressed both relief and
optimism as she begins a new phase of recovery.
“The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family,” she
shared, describing the journey as “scary” and “incredibly tough.” Yet,
Catherine offered hope, saying, “Out of darkness, can come light.”
The future queen also revealed the profound impact of her experience, stating,
“The cancer journey is complex, scary, and unpredictable for everyone. It
brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never
considered before.”
Catherine emphasised the importance of gratitude and love during challenging
times, explaining, “This time has reminded William and me to reflect and be
grateful for the simple yet important things in life—of simply loving and
being loved.”
The Princess addressed her plans to resume royal duties, assuring her
