The original post, shared on Thursday, featured a heartwarming family portrait
of the Prince and Princess of Wales with their children—Prince George,
Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. However, within minutes, the royal
couple replaced the image with a “more zoomed-in perspective” of the same
photo, leaving fans curious about the adjustment.
The caption accompanying the re-posted image read, “Wishing everyone a very
happy Christmas.” The photo, taken by photographer Will Warr, was originally
part of the Princess of Wales’s emotional health update video, filmed in
Norfolk.
The year 2024 was a challenging one for the Wales family, marked by Princess
Kate’s cancer diagnosis in March. The future Queen underwent preventative
chemotherapy for several months, updating the public in September that she had
successfully completed treatment and was focusing on staying cancer-free.
