Duchess of York reflects on a challenging year while honouring the legacy
of two special royal family members.
Sarah Ferguson has shared a meaningful video message to welcome 2025, offering
a subtle yet touching tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth II through her
cherished dogs.
The Duchess of York, walking in the serene garden of the Royal Lodge, featured
two corgis believed to have belonged to the late monarch. Fans quickly noticed
the connection, with one commenting, “Was that the Queen’s corgi?” Another
added, “I believe both dogs were the late Queen’s.”
In the video, Sarah partnered with a meditation app to address issues like
loneliness, anxiety, and sleeplessness, reflecting on her personal struggles
during a challenging 2024. The Duchess, who faced a difficult battle with skin
and breast cancer last year, opened up about the emotional toll.
“I’m not ashamed to say that it’s been tough,” she shared. “Sometimes, all of
us are overwhelmed by loneliness, anxiety, or sleeplessness.”
Her message highlighted the importance of prioritising wellness and self-care.
“That’s why I’m excited to be partnering with @zoul.meditate, a new
meditation, wellness, and sleep app,” Sarah explained.
With this poignant tribute and her focus on wellness, Sarah Ferguson’s New
Year message resonates with resilience and hope, honouring family legacies
while embracing a path toward healing and peace.
